Amazon web services outage (AWS) is a comprehensive, evolving cloud computing platform provided by Amazon.com. Web services are sometimes called cloud services or remote computing services. The first AWS offerings were launched in 2006 to provide online services for websites and client-side applications.

To reduce the impact of outages and ensure robustness of the machine, AWS is geographically varied into parts. These parts have central hubs in the Eastern USA, American USA (two locations), Brazil, Ireland, Singapore, Japan, and Australia. Each region includes multiple smaller geographic areas called supply zones.

The growing AWS collection offers over three dozen diverse services including:

CloudDrive, that allows users to publish and gain access to music, videos, documents, and photographs from Web-connected devices. The service also permits users to stream music with their devices.
CloudSearch, a scalable search service typically used to combine personalized search capacities into other applications.
Dynamo Databases (also called DynamoDB or DDB), a fully-managed NoSQL repository service known for low latencies and scalability.
Elastic Compute Cloud, that allows business subscribers to perform software programs and can provide as a practically limitless set of exclusive machines (VMs).
ElastiCache, a completely supervised caching service that is protocol-compliant with Memcached, an wide open source, high-performance, allocated memory thing caching system for accelerating active Web applications by alleviating databases load.

Mechanical Turk, a credit card applicatoin program user interface (API) which allows developers to assimilate human cleverness into Remote Method Calls (RPCs) by using a network of humans to execute tasks that personal computers are ill-suited for.
RedShift, a petabyte-scale data warehouse service made for analytic workloads, linking to standard SQL-based clients and business intellect tools.
Simple Storage space Service (S3), a scalable, high-speed, low-cost service made for online back-up and archiving of data and request programs.
All AWS offerings are billed corresponding to utilization. The rates change from service to service.
